1Air separation nitrogen technology by Pressure swing adsorption (PSA-N2)


   
1, Pressure swing adsorption air separation nitrogen technology (PSA-N2)
Proprietary carbon molecular sieves (CMS) and advanced process design are used in the PSA process which enables the nitrogen plant to be characterized by low capital cost, low energy consumption, low pressure drop and low equipment maintenance cost compared to other PSA nitrogen systems.
Because of the full regulation function, the nitrogen purity (95% ~ 99.9995%) and flow can be controlled. When the low nitrogen content or nitrogen purity is available the energy can be saved greatly.

2、 The acid gas removal technology by MEDA

In this process the composite amine solution are generated by methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) solution and the activator, which absorbs the carbon dioxide physically and  chemically. The physical properties makes it desorb and regenerate under normal pressure, and the chemical properties makes it regenerate thermally by adding a small amount of solution. And the gas purification degree can be ensured. So the process is of low heat consumption, high purification degree. for the sulfur gas the inorganic sulfur can be removed at the same time while it plays a role in the hydrolysis of organic sulfur .
According to the acid gas content of raw gas and the requirements of purification gas, different processes can be chosen such as one absorption section with one regeneration section or two absorption section with two regeneration section.
